"My kids have never walked; your help can ensure they take their first steps. Contribute now!" Hi, It is very difficult to not experience the joy of seeing your own children taking their first steps. Both my daughter, Smita Dattarey, and my son, Abhay Raj Dattarey, suffer from a rare anomaly called Tibial Hemimilia - a disorder where the infant is born with their legs bent inwards. They have never walked despite being six and five years old - as the main bone in their legs that supports the function of walking is missing.We require Rs 4 lakh ($ 6,150) urgently for their operation and treatments. Smita has had her leg amputated and is in need of prosthetics, and Abhay has to undergo an operation for amputation and requires a prosthetic leg too.  I am Dattarey Waghmare, the father of the two children, I am a farmer on a minimum wage which is barely enough to support a family of six. I haven’t been able to do anything for my children, as my monthly income is only Rs 4,000 ($ 61).
